Active Lifestyle’s Fighting Fit classes provide you with a boxing orientated workout that incorporates a variety of training formats including heavy bag drills, a series of punching combinations using the focus pads, medicine ball activities, skipping, and abdominal exercises.
Our Fighting Fit boxing classes are an action packed full body work out, increasing your cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and toning, along with teaching you boxing skills. It’s a great workout for the participant who wants a challenge.
