Active Lifestyle’s Spin Classes are a high energy 45 minute indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor and accompanied by the instructor’s unique playlist of powerful and energizing music. They run at our Oakleigh training studio are challenging, fun, always different and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories.
Our Spin classes are low impact, so they are suitable for everyone, and will use a combination of interval sprint riding, hill climbs both in and out of the seat amongst many other fun activities. The Active Lifestyle Spin Classes can accommodate all abilities and fitness levels and will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to progress your cycling and join our Outdoor Cycling Club out on the road.
