Group Fitness Classes
When you become a member of our Group Fitness classes, you get all the benefits of your own personal trainer, while you enjoy the social interaction of other class members. Every Group Fitness class is conducted by a Personal Trainer who ensures all participants train at the appropriate intensity, any injuries or restrictions are managed and the program is modified to suit, and all participants are taught the correct exercise techniques.
We ensure our classes remain small in participant size to allow the trainer to give each participant the individual attention needed. All classes are different from week to week to ensure maximal enjoyment and to ensure each session is a challenge.
No matter what your goals are, or whether you are a beginner or advanced trainer, we have a class to suit you! Train with a small group, in a friendly and supportive environment; to lose weight and feel great!
