Private Training
Private training allows you to work one-on-one with a tertiary qualified Active Lifestyle trainer – choose to train at our Oakleigh training studio or a location of your choice! All Private Training sessions offer personal attention, flexibility and convenience to get the most out of your training. We’ll choose a trainer that best suits your personality, needs and goals, and together you can devise a healthy lifestyle plan that will change your life forever!
Your trainer will work with you using our unique healthy lifestyle tools and resources such as a personalized training diary, to create a weekly training and nutrition plan to suit your individual needs and training goals. We will help you implement positive changes in all areas of your health and wellbeing.
There are NO quick fixes or fads – just up-to-date information, professional service, great results and fun training!
Family & Friends Training
Our Family and Friends training option allows you to create your own fitness group with your friends, family or work mates! We can cater for a group of 2 to 5 people, with the cost of the session being shared between the group. This option becomes really cost effective and offers great motivation and a really fun way to improve your health!
Your group will have their own personal trainer running a session suited specifically to your group. You can choose to train at our Oakleigh studio, a local park, your work place or your home; at a time that suits your group.
All group members are given a personal training diary with a personal nutrition plan and includes regular performance appraisals and health assessments to track your progress.
This is a great way to enjoy the benefits of Personal Training while enjoying the social aspect of training with your friends, work mates or family members.
